CAD Services - MEP Drawings: Cooling, Heating, Ventilation/Climate Control, Sanitary.
Our services include 2D and 3D floor plans, functional diagrams, as well as BIM-compliant models and calculations. Final formats: PDF, DWG, RVT, IFC.
CAD – AutoCAD
The tasks include creating two-dimensional floor plans, sections, and elevations in DWG format with dimensions and room labels, without using BIM components or BIM component properties.
Additionally, three-dimensional surface or volume models of the floor plans are to be created, optionally including two-dimensional floor plans, sections, and elevations, also in DWG format with dimensions and room labels, without the use of BIM components or their properties. Furthermore, the creation of functional and piping diagrams is required.
Software: AutoCAD MEP (2024)

BIM – Revit
The tasks include creating three-dimensional, BIM-compliant MEP building models that include 3D floor models and optionally 2D floor plans, 2D sections, and 2D elevations. These should be provided with dimensions and component labels if needed.
BIM components from catalogs, such as equipment, pipes, and ducts, are used, which are equipped with freely definable and project-specific BIM component properties. Additionally, support for creating a 3D architectural building model is offered.
Software: Revit (2024)
Final formats: Planning as PDF / DWG / RVT / IFC
Calculations – Solar-Computer
The tasks include calculating the heating and cooling load of your project using Solar-Computer or Revit. This encompasses dynamic heating and cooling load calculations according to VDI 6020 and heating load calculations according to DIN EN 12831-3.
Requirement: 3D building model as RVT / IFC
Software: Revit (2024) / Solar-Computer
Final formats: Calculation as PDF
