In the first construction stage, a <strong data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"550\">concrete foundation slab<\/strong> was poured and prepared to provide space for the new <strong data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"648\">container-based CO\u2082 refrigeration system<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"946\">The new modules were then positioned precisely using a <strong data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"722\">mobile crane<\/strong>. The system is a <strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"776\">preconfigured container solution<\/strong> housing all central components of the new <strong data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"855\">CO\u2082 booster refrigeration system<\/strong>, including compressor racks, heat exchangers, control technology and frequency converters.<\/p><p data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1216\">The blue units shown are <strong data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1000\">Bitzer compressor units<\/strong> combined with <strong data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1045\">Carrier control technology<\/strong>, designed for operation with <strong data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1089\">CO\u2082 (R744)<\/strong>. These systems are characterised by high energy efficiency, environmental compatibility and long-term operational reliability.<\/p><p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1242\">The images clearly show:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1289\">the newly constructed concrete foundation,<\/li><li data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1351\">delivery of the refrigeration system by low-loader truck,<\/li><li data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1438\">positioning of the refrigeration system using a mobile crane (Salgert \/ Liebherr),<\/li><li data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1523\">installation of the <strong data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1486\">gas coolers (G\u00fcntner)<\/strong> on the roof of the container unit,<\/li><li data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1623\">and the start of piping and insulation work inside the technical room of the production facility.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1851\">This construction stage marks the transition from planning to practical implementation \u2013 a key milestone within the framework of <strong data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"1814\">specialist planning for commercial refrigeration systems<\/strong> carried out by <strong data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1850\">KB K\u00e4lteBeratung<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"2053\">With the installation of the new CO\u2082 refrigeration system, the existing <strong data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1945\">R404A technology<\/strong> is being replaced, resulting in improved <strong data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2052\">energy efficiency, sustainability and
